Q How much room is needed for the jumping castles?

A Our Large combo castles require base 6 x 7 meters and 5.5mtr high , the Disney castle requires base 5 x 6 meters and 4.5mtr high. and a clearance of 1 meter from walls fences trees etc. for peg placement and movement.

 

Q What type of surface can a castle be setup on ?

A A relatively level area is required preferably grass , however we can setup on concrete , dirt , pavers asphalt any surface without sharp objects. please advise at booking if you would like to setup where pegs cannot be used , concrete pavers etc.

 

Q How can we pay for the castle ? 

A Payment can be made via direct deposit into our bank account , check or money order (recived more than 7days prior to event) or cash payment when we arrive to setup.  

 

Q Do you require a deposit?

A Yes we require a small $50 deposit to secure you booking. Contact our friendly staff to find out how.

 

Q How long does it take to setup and dismantle ?

A It will take approximately 30 to 40 mins to setup. we will begin setup prior to your booking time, so it will be ready at your agreed time and approximately 1 to 1 and half hours to pack up. if your booking time is for example 1-5pm we will setup and be ready before 1 and begin packing up after 5pm.

 

Q How many kids can go on the castle at one time?

A the castle is able to hold 350kg for safety we recommend no more than 10-12 kids at a time to allow plenty of room to bounce around

 

Q Can adults or children of different sizes use the castle ?

A The castle is designed and insured for children only. adults my only go on to assist a child in need or to remove a hazard. the weight difference between an adult and child or difference between small and big children may cause them to bounce into each other and cause injury. children should only jump with others of similar size

 

Q Are you insured ?

A yes we have $20,000,000 public liability cover. for a copy of our certificate of currency please contact us.

 

Q who supervises the operation of the castle ?

A the castle must be supervised at All times by a responsible adult over the age of 18 .

 

Q Are the jumping castles clean ?

A The castles are vacuumed and disinfected after each hire .If the castles require excess cleaning you will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $50 or professional cleaning costs if required. To avoid this charge the supervising adult must be mindfull of things like shoes, food, drinks , lollies , mud, face paint , streamers , silly string etc.

 

Q Are the castles in good condition? what if we cause damage to the castle ?

A The castles are setup clean and undamaged .It is your responability to keep it in good order while under you supervision. If the castle is damaged you will be liable for the transport and cost of professional repair or replacement if the castle is deemed beyond repair by Dubbo jumping castles
